Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.8% to $1.63; 0.8% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.63 per share, or $6.52 annualized. This is a 14.8% increase from the prior dividend of $1.42.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2026, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of July 17, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.8 percent.
