nVent appoints chief strategy and revenue officers

nVent Electric plc (NYSE: NVT) appointed Nitin Jain as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Joe Stark as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, according to a company statement.
Jain will oversee global strategy and business development, including responsibility for shaping company strategy and pursuing growth through acquisitions. Stark will lead the global sales organization and advance the company's unified sales approach.
Both executives will report to Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak. Jain has served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development since 2022, leading corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Stark has held the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales since 2020, managing commercial strategy and execution.
"These appointments strengthen our leadership team and support our continued transformation and growth," Wozniak said. "As our company expands and the pace of growth accelerates, adding these experienced leaders to our executive team ensures we are positioned for the future."
The London-based company provides electrical connection and protection solutions globally. nVent operates through brands including CADDY, ERICO, HOFFMAN, ILSCO, SCHROFF and TRACHTE, with its U.S. management office located in Minneapolis.
