DUOS names Goldfarb interim CFO as Brown returns to accounting role

Duos Technologies Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DUOT) announced leadership changes in its finance department effective June 8, 2026.
Leah Brown, who served as Chief Financial Officer, returned to her previous position as Senior Vice President of Accounting. Adrian Goldfarb was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and will lead a search committee to find a permanent replacement within 60 to 90 days.
Goldfarb has extensive history with the company, most recently serving as Strategic Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer since November 2025. He has been President of Duos Technologies Inc. since March 2026, overseeing operations and planned divestment of the company's rail industry subsidiary.
Goldfarb previously held the CFO position from April 2024 to November 2025 and from 2015 to 2022. He served as a director from April 2010 to November 2020. He joined the company when Information Systems Associates Inc., where he was President and CFO, merged with Duos Technologies Inc. in April 2015. Goldfarb managed the company's listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market in 2020.
Before joining Duos Technologies, Goldfarb served as CFO for Ecosphere Technologies and was Managing Director of WSI Europe, a Weather Channel division, from 1998 to 2002. He worked as interim CFO for MOWIS GmbH from 2002 to 2007 and spent 10 years at a Fujitsu subsidiary as Director of Operations. He began his career at IBM.
Goldfarb currently serves as non-Executive Chairman of GelStat Corporation, a public company developing technology for industrial security applications. He has 40 years of technology industry experience, including more than 30 years in information technology and 10 years in media and communications.
