Avalon Advanced Materials schedules call on US listing evaluation

Avalon Advanced Materials Inc. (TSX: AVL) (OTCQB: AVLNF) will host an investor update call on June 8, 2026, at 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its evaluation of potential US capital markets alternatives, including a possible listing on Nasdaq or another major US stock exchange.
The Toronto-based critical minerals company will also address its proposed share consolidation during the call. President and CEO Scott Monteith and CFO Lorin Crenshaw will lead the presentation and participate in a question-and-answer session.
The company stated that no final decision has been made regarding any US exchange listing. Any potential listing would require shareholder approval of the proposed share consolidation, final board approval, Toronto Stock Exchange approval, acceptance by the applicable US exchange, satisfaction of listing standards, regulatory review and favorable market conditions.
Avalon develops lithium and rare earth element projects, focusing on the Nechalacho Rare Earth Elements and Zirconium Project in the Northwest Territories and the Lake Superior Lithium processing facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The company aims to support North American supply chains for critical minerals used in advanced technologies and energy storage.
