InMed Pharmaceuticals regains nasdaq listing compliance

InMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: INM) received notice from Nasdaq on June 3, 2026 that it has regained compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.



The pharmaceutical company was previously notified by Nasdaq on March 27, 2026 that its common shares had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days. Nasdaq determined that the closing bid price of InMed's common stock was at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days from May 19, 2026 to June 2, 2026.



The company has now regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the exchange has closed the matter, according to the statement released June 4, 2026.



InMed develops small molecule drug candidates targeting CB1/CB2 receptors, with programs focused on Alzheimer's, ocular and dermatological treatments.
