Aeva Technologies prices follow-on offering at $22.25 per share

Aeva Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: AEVA) announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 4,494,382 shares of common stock at $22.25 per share. The Mountain View, California-based sensing and perception systems company expects the offering to close on June 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 674,157 shares at the public offering price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions. Aeva plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including meeting commercial interest in AI infrastructure and Co-Packaged Optics, along with growing demand for existing applications.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. are serving as book-running managers for the offering. The securities are being offered through an automatically effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 3, 2026.

Aeva develops perception platforms that integrate lidar-on-chip technology, system-on-chip processing, and perception algorithms for applications including automated driving, manufacturing automation, smart infrastructure, robotics and consumer devices. The company's 4D LiDAR sensors detect velocity and position simultaneously.
