Neuronetics appoints Robert Greene as senior vice president sales

Neuronetics Inc. (NASDAQ: STIM) announced the appointment of Robert Greene as senior vice president sales, effective June 1, 2026, according to a company press release.
Greene brings experience in commercial strategy and sales organizations within healthcare and medical technology sectors, including capital equipment and service areas.
The company's compensation committee authorized a restricted stock unit grant representing 200,000 shares of common stock in connection with Greene's hiring under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The grant will vest in four equal annual installments on each anniversary of the grant date, contingent on Greene's continued employment with the company.
Neuronetics develops medical technology products for patients with neurohealth disorders and manufactures the NeuroStar Advanced Therapy system. The company also operates Greenbrook TMS Inc. treatment centers across the United States, providing NeuroStar Advanced Therapy for major depressive disorder and other mental health conditions.
The NeuroStar Advanced Therapy System has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration clearance for adults with major depressive disorder, as an adjunct treatment for adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder, to decrease anxiety symptoms in adult patients with major depressive disorder exhibiting comorbid anxiety symptoms, and as a first-line adjunct treatment for major depressive disorder in adolescent patients aged 15-21.
