June 2, 2026 8:33 AM EDT

Newsmax Inc. (NYSE: NMAX) announced it expects international revenues to reach approximately $25 million in 2026, driven by growth in television distribution, advertising and licensing operations.

The company projects licensing revenues of about $16 million for 2026, compared to $3.6 million reported in 2025. Newsmax distributes its cable news channel in more than 100 countries through pay television operators, satellite providers and streaming platforms.

International media partners have licensed the Newsmax brand to launch localized channels in local languages. The company receives brand licensing fees, advertising revenues and partnership income under these agreements.

Newsmax has signed agreements to expand into Germany, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria and Ukraine with partners carrying local language channels. The company launched a partnership with Telekom Serbia in 2022, leading to Newsmax Balkans, a Serbian-language news channel serving the Balkans region.

Newsmax and Telekom Serbia plan to launch Newsmax Poland at an event in Warsaw next week.

"Newsmax's international growth has exceeded our expectations," said Andy Biggers, Vice President of Distribution for Newsmax. "Our partners around the world recognize the demand for trusted news programming."

Christopher Ruddy, CEO of Newsmax, said the expanding international presence reflects growing recognition of the Newsmax brand globally.

The company maintains guidance for a 13% projected revenue increase in 2026. Newsmax reports it is the fourth highest-rated cable news channel in the United States, reaching 30 million Americans on pay-TV systems.
