Emerita Resources receives legal demand letter over Falcon Litio property

Emerita Resources Corp. (TSXV: EMO) received a demand letter on May 14 from legal counsel representing PM Super Fund and Wayne Peters, the sole director of the fund's trustee. The letter requests that Emerita initiate legal proceedings related to the Falcon Litio property.
The Toronto-based natural resource company has assigned its Special Committee, composed of independent directors, to review the demand letter and its allegations. The committee will determine the appropriate response and has begun its review process.
Emerita focuses on mineral property acquisition, exploration and development in Europe, with primary operations in Spain. The company maintains its corporate office and technical team in Sevilla, Spain, while its registered office remains in Toronto, Canada.
The company trades on multiple exchanges including the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol EMO, the OTCQX market as EMOTF, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as LLJA.
