Aspire Biopharma partners with EoS Fitness for caffeine product distribution

Aspire Biopharma Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ASBP) announced a partnership between its subsidiary Buzz Bomb Caffeine Company and EoS Fitness to distribute caffeine products to gym members across more than 225 locations nationwide.

The partnership operates through EoS Fitness's Flex Deals affiliate program, which connects gym members with various brands. Buzz Bomb's 50mg sublingual caffeine stick packs will be marketed to EoS members through in-gym television advertising, mobile app offers, and on-site product demonstrations.

Buzz Bomb produces dry powder caffeine products delivered in single-serving stick packs that dissolve under the tongue. The company currently offers four flavors: Tropical Fruit, Mixed Berry, Peach Mango, and Coffee Mocha. The product is positioned as an alternative to traditional energy drinks, coffee, or caffeine pills.

EoS Fitness describes itself as a "High Value. Low Price" gym chain. The company's Flex Deals program generated over 80 million impressions in 2025, according to the press release.

Aspire Biopharma specializes in supplement delivery systems. The partnership represents an expansion of distribution channels for the company's caffeine products into the fitness industry market.
