WhiteHawk Income launches IPO of 6.9 million shares at $25-$27 each

WhiteHawk Income Corporation announced the launch of its initial public offering of 6,925,000 shares of Class A common stock, according to a company statement. The offering price is expected to range between $25.00 and $27.00 per share.

The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,038,750 shares at the IPO price, minus underwriting discounts. WhiteHawk has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "WHK."

The company plans to change its corporate name to "WhiteHawk Minerals Corp." following the offering's completion. Raymond James & Associates, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, and J.P. Morgan Securities serve as joint lead bookrunners for the proposed offering.

Capital One Securities and Stephens Inc. are acting as bookrunning managers, while Tuohy Brothers Investment Research serves as co-manager. The company filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, though it has not yet become effective.

The offering will be conducted through a prospectus, with preliminary copies available from the lead underwriters and through the SEC's website. The securities cannot be sold until the registration statement becomes effective.
