Quantum Cyber raises over $15 million through warrant exercises
Quantum Cyber N.V. (NASDAQ: QUCY) announced that warrant holders have fully exercised outstanding warrants, generating gross proceeds of over $15 million for the company. The funds have been received and are held on the company's balance sheet.
The warrant exercises eliminated all exercisable warrants from Quantum Cyber's capital structure. The company has satisfied all outstanding debt obligations, leaving its capitalization table debt-free. Current outstanding shares total 22,767,254 as of the announcement date.
The company plans to use the net proceeds to expand research and development capabilities, build out its commercialization team, and execute strategic acquisitions, including existing deals in progress. The funds will also support general corporate purposes related to the company's System-of-Systems platform for drone warfare, counter-UAS, autonomous naval mine countermeasures, EMP-hardened drone components, and anti-drone ammunition.
"With $15 million in proceeds received from the warrant exercises, all debt obligations retired, and a clean capital structure, we have the financial discipline and runway to execute on our acquisition and technology licensing pipeline," said Bill Caragol, Chief Financial Officer.
Quantum Cyber develops autonomous defense technology, assembling an AI-powered platform for drone warfare, counter-UAS, and border security applications. The company cited U.S. Department of Defense FY2027 budget priorities including approximately $55 billion in drone and autonomous warfare procurement, and market research indicating the counter-UAS market projected to grow from $3.1 billion to $10.6 billion by 2030.
