CN Energy unit signs cargo sorting services order
CN Energy Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CNEY) announced that its subsidiary Pathenbot Group Inc. has signed an order for intelligent cargo sorting services, marking the commercial launch of the company's robotic sorting operations in the United States.
The agreement covers 100,000 units of cargo sorting services. Pathenbot will provide barcode scanning, SKU recognition, cargo classification, order consolidation, and operational data support under the contract.
CN Energy has deployed intelligent sorting robots across the western United States and plans to expand into central and eastern regions of the country. The company stated this order represents the beginning of its intelligent robotic cargo sorting operations in the U.S.
"This order marks the beginning of CNEY's intelligent robotic cargo sorting operations in the United States, and represents a landmark milestone in CNEY's strategic rollout of intelligent robotic cargo sorting services across the country," said Wenhua Liu, interim CEO of CNEY.
CN Energy Group produces recyclable activated carbon and develops robotics products and automation tools for industrial, logistics, and service businesses in North America. The company is listed on NASDAQ under the symbol CNEY.
