Victoria's Secret to change ticker symbol to VSXY on June 2

Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) announced it will begin trading under the new ticker symbol VSXY on the New York Stock Exchange on June 2, 2026. The company will also release its first quarter 2026 financial results before market open on the same date.
The ticker change requires no action from shareholders. The company's common stock will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange, and its CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
"VSXY is a marker of who we are today. A company standing fully in our identity and committed to inspiring confidence, sparking joy and celebrating sexy in all its forms," said Hillary Super, Chief Executive Officer of Victoria's Secret & Co.
The company stated the ticker change follows what it described as a transformative period focused on fortifying its brands, building trust with new customers and bringing in new leadership.
Victoria's Secret & Co. operates as a specialty retailer of lingerie, sleepwear, apparel, and fragrances through its Victoria's Secret and PINK brands, as well as its digital brand Adore Me. The company employs more than 30,000 associates across 1,420 retail stores in approximately 70 countries.
