Allbirds co-founder Joseph Zwillinger resigns from board

Allbirds Inc. (NASDAQ: BIRD) announced that co-founder and director Joseph Zwillinger resigned from the company's board of directors on May 18, 2026.
Zwillinger, who co-founded the footwear business, notified the board of his intention to resign effective the same day. The company stated his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with Allbirds on matters relating to operations, policies, or practices.
