Lifeward Ltd. (NASDAQ: LFWD) appointed Dr. Keith D. Rose as chief medical officer, promoting him from his previous role as vice president of medical affairs and medical director of neurosciences.
Rose joined the biomedical innovation company in 2023 and has led medical affairs strategy, payer engagement initiatives, and clinical education efforts. He brings more than 30 years of experience in rehabilitation medicine, neuroscience, and medical affairs across clinical practice and the medical technology and biopharmaceutical industries.
Before joining Lifeward, Rose held senior medical affairs positions at Biocodex, Novocure, Ipsen Bioscience, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and Indivior. He previously worked as a practicing physiatrist and medical director specializing in physical medicine, rehabilitation, sleep medicine, and neurorehabilitation.
"Keith has already made a significant impact at Lifeward through his clinical leadership, scientific expertise, strategic insight, and deep commitment to patients," said Mark Grant, CEO of Lifeward. "As we continue to broaden our rehabilitation technology portfolio and advance our newly acquired biomedical assets, Keith's extensive background in physical medicine, neuroscience, metabolic disease, and medical affairs makes him exceptionally well-positioned to help drive our next phase of growth."
Rose earned his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and completed a five-year residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pediatric Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Lifeward operates neurorehabilitation technologies including the ReWalk Exoskeleton, AlterG Anti-Gravity system, MyoCycle FES System, and ReStore Exo-Suit.
