TransAct Technologies extends MedVantage partnership into third year

TransAct Technologies Incorporated (NASDAQ: TACT) announced the continuation of its partnership with MedVantage, which has entered its third year of operation. The collaboration focuses on deploying food service technology solutions in healthcare facilities across the United States.
Under the agreement, MedVantage serves as an original equipment manufacturer distributor of TransAct's GoFreshDate Kiosk, a labeling and compliance solution designed for food service operations. The partnership targets hospitals and healthcare facilities seeking to improve food safety and operational compliance.
Since the partnership began, MedVantage has deployed TransAct's solutions across healthcare customers. According to the companies, customers using the platform have reported improved food safety and labeling accuracy, reduced labor time for manual processes, greater consistency across multi-site operations, and enhanced regulatory compliance.
