Maison Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: MSS) received notification from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department on May 11, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
The specialty grocery retailer's Class A common stock will continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market following the compliance restoration.
Maison Solutions operates seven Asian supermarkets across California and Arizona. The company runs four stores under the HK Good Fortune brand in the Los Angeles area and three stores under the Lee Lee International Supermarket brand in the Phoenix and Tucson metropolitan areas.
The Monterey Park, California-based company focuses on serving Asian-American communities by offering traditional Asian food products and merchandise. Since its formation in 2019, Maison Solutions has acquired equity interests in the seven supermarket locations.
