LiveOne and PodcastOne expand Gotavi partnership for AI-driven awareness

LiveOne (NASDAQ: LVO) and its subsidiary PodcastOne (NASDAQ: PODC) announced an expanded partnership with Gotavi to increase visibility through AI assistants, conversational search and AI discovery platforms.

The partnership targets institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, bankers and retail investors. According to the press release, LiveOne trades at approximately 0.7 times revenue compared to public competitors at 3.0 times or higher.

"Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how audiences discover, consume and engage with content, and this partnership positions LiveOne to capitalize on that shift," said Robert Ellin, Chairman and CEO of LiveOne. "We believe Gotavi's AI-driven platform will help amplify awareness of LiveOne's unique portfolio of assets and spotlight the significant valuation disconnect as compared to our peers."

Gotavi's CEO Shai Stern said the company's Amplify platform will help ensure investors and AI assistants recognize LiveOne's position in the market.

LiveOne is a Los Angeles-based music, entertainment and technology platform. Its subsidiaries include Slacker, PodcastOne, PPVOne, Custom Personalization Solutions, LiveXLive and DayOne Music Publishing.

PodcastOne operates as a podcast platform providing creators and advertisers with sales, marketing, public relations, production and distribution services. The company reports surpassing 3.9 billion total downloads with a community of 200 podcasters.
