Exyn Technologies Inc. filed for an initial public offering on Monday, offering 2.5 million units on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols "EXYN" for common stock and "EXYNW" for warrants.
Each unit consists of one share of common stock with a par value of $0.0001 and one warrant to purchase an additional share. The company estimates the initial offering price will range between $7.75 and $8.75 per unit.
The warrants will have an exercise price between $9.69 and $10.94 per share, representing 125% of the initial public offering price. The warrants become immediately exercisable upon issuance and will expire five years from the original issuance date.
While the common stock and warrants will be immediately separable and issued separately, investors must purchase them together as a unit in this offering. The units will not be certificated.
Lucid Capital Markets will serve as the underwriter for the offering. Prior to this IPO, no public market existed for Exyn Technologies' common stock or warrants.
