Magellan Aerospace reports director election results from annual meeting
Magellan Aerospace Corporation announced the voting results from its annual shareholder meeting, where six nominees were elected to serve as directors for the upcoming year.
The voting results showed that all proposed nominees received majority support from shareholders. Phillip C. Underwood received the highest approval rate at 99.12% with 48,550,861 votes in favor. James P. Veitch received the lowest approval rate among the elected directors at 95.96% with 47,000,296 votes in favor.
The complete voting breakdown showed N. Murray Edwards received 98.17% approval, Beth M. Budd Bandler received 96.70%, Larry G. Moeller received 98.36%, and Steven Somerville received 97.51% approval from shareholders.
The newly elected directors will hold office for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed, subject to the Business Corporations Act of Ontario and the company's by-laws.
