Profusa receives approval to transfer nasdaq listing to capital market
Profusa Inc. (NASDAQ: PFSA) announced that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel approved the company's request to transfer its securities listing from The Nasdaq Global Market to The Nasdaq Capital Market, according to a letter dated May 6, 2026.
The Berkeley, California-based digital health company must meet certain interim milestones and comply with bid price and stockholders' equity requirements for continued listing on the Capital Market tier by July 6, 2026.
Profusa develops tissue-integrated sensors designed to continuously monitor biochemical data. The company operates in the digital health sector, focusing on injectable biosensors and data platforms for medical applications.
The transfer allows Profusa to maintain its Nasdaq listing while operating under the Capital Market tier's requirements, which typically have lower financial thresholds compared to the Global Market tier.
