PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.48 per share, or $5.92 annualized. This is a 4% increase from the prior dividend of $1.4225.
The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2026.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
