Kyivstar authorized to resell Starlink services to Ukrainian businesses

Kyivstar Group Ltd (NASDAQ: KYIV) announced it has been authorized to resell Starlink satellite internet services to businesses and public sector institutions in Ukraine. The Ukrainian telecommunications company signed an agreement that enables official distribution of Starlink equipment and high-speed internet services.

The reseller arrangement allows Ukrainian businesses to order Starlink services directly from Kyivstar, with purchases available in the national currency hryvnia based on official exchange rates from the National Bank of Ukraine. Kyivstar will provide consultation, equipment warranty support, and 24-hour customer service for the satellite internet offerings.

The service targets large corporations, mid-sized businesses, and manufacturing companies requiring reliable connectivity. Public institutions including schools, universities, hospitals, and community clinics will also have access to Starlink through this distribution channel.

"We are creating a convenient and transparent channel for purchasing Starlink Kits and service from Starlink to allow stable connectivity in the most challenging conditions."

Kyivstar operates JSC Kyivstar, Ukraine's digital operator serving more than 22.4 million mobile customers and over 1.2 million fixed-line internet customers as of December 31, 2025. The company is part of VEON Group (NASDAQ: VEON) and trades on NASDAQ under tickers KYIV and KYIVW.

Starlink operates thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit to deliver broadband internet connectivity. The service offers stationary and mobile equipment options for businesses requiring internet access in remote locations or areas needing additional connectivity solutions.
