Beam Global (NASDAQ: BEEM) received notice that its landlord terminated the lease for the company's San Diego headquarters, according to a company statement. PNN Holdings exercised its right to end the lease at 5660 Eastgate Drive, moving the termination date to July 26, 2026, from the previously scheduled September 30, 2026 expiration.
The lease had been extended on January 26, 2026. The company stated the early termination will not result in material penalties and expects no significant ongoing obligations under the lease after the termination date.
Beam Global indicated it is reviewing options for its headquarters location and does not anticipate the termination will materially affect operations. The company maintains additional facilities including factory locations in Chicago, Illinois, Belgrade and Kraljevo in Serbia, and a sales and administration office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
