Eos Energy names Alessandro Lagi as CFO effective June

Eos Energy Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: EOSE) appointed Alessandro Lagi as chief financial officer, effective June 8, 2026, according to a company statement.
Lagi joins the energy storage company from Johnson Controls, where he led the Global FP&A and Growth finance team. He brings 25 years of experience in finance leadership roles across global energy and industrial businesses.
"Alessandro has spent 25 years leading finance teams in complex, global energy and industrial businesses, building high-performing finance organizations and delivering results," said Joe Mastrangelo, Eos chief executive officer.
Before Johnson Controls, Lagi held several CFO positions overseeing multi-billion-dollar operations across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. At Baker Hughes, he served as Global CFO for the Oilfield Equipment segment, managing finance operations across multiple countries and a global manufacturing network.
The company thanked Nathan Kroeker for his service as interim chief financial officer. Kroeker will continue as chief commercial officer, focusing on commercial expansion and revenue growth.
Eos designs and manufactures zinc-based battery energy storage systems for utility-scale, microgrid, commercial, and industrial applications. The company's systems are designed for long-duration energy storage applications lasting 4 to 16+ hours.
