Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: UCTT) announced that Chief Financial Officer Sheri Savage will retire from the semiconductor equipment company after 17 years of service.
Savage joined Ultra Clean in 2009 and has served as CFO throughout her tenure with the Hayward, California-based company. CEO James Xiao said Savage played a role in shaping the company's financial operations and strategic direction during multiple industry cycles.
"It has been an incredible honor to be part of UCT's journey over the past 17 years," Savage said in a statement. "I am deeply proud of what we have built together - strengthening our financial foundation, supporting our customers, and growing alongside a truly talented and committed global team."
The company's board of directors has begun searching for Savage's replacement, considering both internal and external candidates. Ultra Clean said it will provide updates on the search process.
Ultra Clean develops and supplies subsystems, components and cleaning services primarily for the semiconductor industry. The company operates through two divisions: Products, which offers integrated manufacturing solutions, and Services, which provides tool chamber parts cleaning and analytical services.
