Hims & Hers nominates Kofi Amoo-Gottfried to board of directors

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS) nominated Kofi Amoo-Gottfried for election as a new director at the company's 2026 annual shareholder meeting in June, according to a company statement.

Amoo-Gottfried previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at DoorDash and held leadership roles at Meta. He has experience at marketing agencies including Leo Burnett, Wieden + Kennedy, and Publicis, where he established the company's first owned agency in Central & West Africa. He currently serves on the boards of StitchFix and Vital Farms.

"Kofi has a wealth of experience in building and growing brands that change what people believe is possible in everything from home delivery to human connection," said Andrew Dudum, CEO and co-founder of Hims & Hers.

The company also nominated eight returning board members: Andrew Dudum, Deb Autor, Dr. Toby Cosgrove, Anja Manuel, Christopher Payne, Andrea Perez, Käre Schultz, and David Wells.

Christiane Pendarvis and Dr. Pat Carroll are not seeking re-election at the 2026 annual meeting. The board size will decrease to nine members following the election. Dr. Carroll will continue as the company's Global Chief Medical Officer.

Hims & Hers operates a health and wellness platform that provides personalized healthcare services. The San Francisco-based company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker HIMS.
