Timken executive Andreas Roellgen steps down from bearings division

The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) announced that Andreas Roellgen ceased serving as Executive Vice President and President of Engineered Bearings effective April 16, 2026.
Timothy A. Graham will assume interim officer leadership for the Engineered Bearings business segment while the company conducts an external search for a permanent successor, according to the announcement.
The company noted that Roellgen, who is domiciled in Europe, is subject to local legal requirements and process. Timken stated it may file an amended Current Report on Form 8-K to reflect any additional terms associated with the leadership change.
Timken thanked Roellgen for his years of service as an officer to the company. The announcement did not specify the reasons for the leadership transition or provide details about the timeline for selecting a permanent replacement.
