CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWD) announced an expansion of its Managed Security Service Provider strategy across Japan and Asia Pacific, according to a company statement. The cybersecurity company is partnering with distributors Dicker Data and Otsuka Corporation to increase access to its Falcon platform for small and medium-sized businesses.
The distributor-led model allows select distributors to recruit and activate managed security service providers across the region, with flexible billing through distributor marketplaces. This approach enables managed security service providers to build and deliver security offerings to small and medium-sized businesses.
Dicker Data's executive director and chief operating officer Vlad Mitnovetski said cybersecurity continues to be a key growth driver for the ICT channel. Otsuka Corporation's Managing Corporate Officer Yoshihiro Tokura said the partnership enables small and medium-sized businesses to strengthen security through their Rakuraku EDR Premier service.
