Alaska Air Group increases credit facility to $1.1 billion

Alaska Air Group Inc. (NYSE: ALK) amended its revolving credit facility to increase the aggregate commitment amount to approximately $1.1 billion from $850 million, according to a company statement.
The amendment to the credit and guarantee agreement was entered into on April 20, 2026. The original agreement was dated September 20, 2024. Alaska Airlines Inc. serves as the borrower under the facility, while Alaska Air Group and its subsidiary Hawaiian Airlines Inc. act as guarantors.
The increased commitment remains subject to borrowing base availability. Citibank N.A. serves as the administrative agent for the facility. The company stated that other terms of the revolving credit facility remain substantially unchanged.
Alaska Air Group said it will file a complete copy of the amendment as an exhibit to its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
