Metropolitan Commercial Bank (NYSE: MCB) announced that Jessica Raffo has joined as Vice President and Director of Association Banking for Florida, according to a company statement.
Raffo will lead growth of MCB's Association Banking platform and work with teams in Miami and West Palm Beach to expand client relationships and support lending initiatives in the condominium and homeowner association sectors.
She brings over ten years of experience in the condominium and homeowners association industry. Most recently, Raffo served as Vice President in the Association Banking Group at U.S. Century Bank, where she was responsible for relationship and growth strategy within a specialty portfolio.
Prior to banking, Raffo held business development roles at Castle Group and Becker & Poliakoff, working with board members, property managers, and industry stakeholders.
"Jessica's experience and deep understanding of the association banking space and Florida market make her an excellent addition to our team as we continue to expand across the state," said Laura Capra, Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking at Metropolitan Commercial Bank.
MCB's Association Banking team partners with board members, property managers, and decision-makers to provide deposit and lending solutions for community associations.
The New York City-based commercial bank operates banking centers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Great Neck, Lakewood, New Jersey, and Miami. A West Palm Beach location is expected to open in June 2026.
