Hamilton Lane promotes 25 employees to senior roles

Hamilton Lane (NASDAQ: HLNE) announced promotions and new appointments across multiple divisions, effective April 1, 2026. The private markets investment management firm promoted eight employees to Managing Director and 10 to Principal positions.
The Managing Director promotions include Anastasia Di Carlo in Client Solutions, Brian Reilly in Taft-Hartley, Emily Lozada in Investment Legal, Jan Verstraete in Secondary Investments, Kaylin Liu in Fund Accounting, Nelda Chang in Direct Equity Investments, Scott Thomas in Client Solutions, and William Bannard in Portfolio Management Group.
Principal promotions were made across various departments including Account Execution, Human Resources, Client Solutions, Secondary Investments, Direct Equity Investments, and Digital Business Transformation.
The firm also appointed Christopher Alpaugh as Managing Director, Head of National Sales, based in New York, focusing on U.S. evergreen sales strategy. Alexandre Hökfelt joined as Managing Director on the Direct Credit Investment team in London, overseeing the UK and European Direct Credit platform.
Since early 2026, Hamilton Lane made six additional Principal appointments across Enterprise Relationships, Data Integrity, Treasury, Fund Accounting, Multi-Strategy roles, and Portfolio Management Group.
