Genmab reduces share capital by DKK 1.9 million through cancellation

Genmab A/S (NASDAQ: GMAB) completed a share capital reduction of DKK 1,900,000 through the cancellation of 1,900,000 shares, each with a nominal value of DKK 1. The reduction was approved at the company's Annual General Meeting on March 19, 2026.

The Danish Business Authority registered the share capital reduction on April 17, 2026. Nasdaq is expected to update Genmab's share capital information in its system by April 21, 2026.

Following the reduction, Genmab's total nominal share capital stands at DKK 62,350,721, consisting of 62,350,721 shares with a nominal value of DKK 1 each. This corresponds to 62,350,721 votes.

The cancelled shares were from the company's own holdings. Genmab is a Copenhagen-based biotechnology company focused on developing antibody medicines for cancer and other diseases.
