NETGEAR, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) announced that board director Bradley L. Maiorino will not stand for re-election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
Maiorino informed the company on April 12, 2026, of his decision to step down due to increased demands from his new full-time executive role. The company stated his departure is not related to any disagreement with NETGEAR's operations, policies, or practices.
Maiorino will continue serving as a director, chair of the Cybersecurity Committee, and member of the Audit Committee until the annual meeting. The board plans to appoint replacement directors for his committee positions and will post the appointments on the company's Committee Governance website before the annual meeting date.
Maiorino served on NETGEAR's board for eight years, according to the company's statement.
