Klaviyo Inc. (NYSE: KVYO) announced an expanded integration with design platform Canva that allows marketers to import complete design layouts directly into Klaviyo's customer relationship management system.
The enhanced integration builds on the existing partnership launched nearly two years ago, which became Klaviyo's fastest-growing integration. More than one in five Klaviyo customers currently use the Canva integration, making it one of the platform's most popular integrations.
The expanded capabilities enable marketers to import full design layouts from Canva, refine and personalize campaigns using Klaviyo's segmentation and automation tools, and facilitate collaboration between design and marketing teams working across different platforms.
"Creative and marketing teams often work in separate tools, which slows down the path from design to campaign launch," said Andrew Bialecki, co-founder and co-CEO of Klaviyo. "Our enhanced integration with Canva makes it even easier for marketers to move from beautiful design to personalized customer engagement in just a few steps."
Anwar Haneef, GM and Head of Ecosystem at Canva, stated that the integration allows marketers to take polished, on-brand assets and immediately deploy them to reach targeted audiences with personalized messaging.
Klaviyo will receive additional in-app placement within Canva to help users discover the integration and export designs. The company serves more than 193,000 paying customers and offers over 350 integrations with other platforms.
Rooftop Cinema Club uses both platforms to coordinate campaigns across teams in the United States and United Kingdom, according to Director of Experience Jeaneen Bengtson, who noted the integration helps launch campaigns faster by streamlining the workflow between design and marketing teams.
