Antalpha executive Derar Islim resigns from dual leadership roles

Antalpha Platform Holding Company (NASDAQ: ANTA) announced that Derar Islim has resigned from his positions as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for U.S. and EMEA operations, effective April 30, 2026.
Islim will continue serving as an advisor to facilitate the transition process, according to the company's statement.
"On behalf of the Company, I want to express our sincere gratitude to Derar for his leadership and contributions to Antalpha," said Jin Xin, CEO of Antalpha. "Derar has played an important role in his tenure with us, and we wish him every success in his future endeavors."
Islim stated, "I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the Antalpha team. I look forward to supporting the Company's continued growth in my advisory capacity."
The Singapore-based company provides financing, technology, and risk management solutions to institutions in the digital asset industry. Antalpha offers Bitcoin supply chain and margin loans through its Antalpha Prime technology platform.
