Roadzen Inc. (NASDAQ: RDZN) announced a partnership with the insurance services arm of a top-10 global automotive manufacturer to deliver Guaranteed Asset Protection insurance to retail vehicle customers in the United Kingdom.
The agreement marks Roadzen's second major European original equipment manufacturer insurance mandate, following a continental Europe partnership announced in September 2025. Under the arrangement, Roadzen will support the design, distribution, and administration of a GAP insurance program offered through the manufacturer's digital, finance, and retail channels.
The program integrates into the customer onboarding process and includes an introductory coverage period with an option to transition to subscription-based coverage. The automaker selected Roadzen following an evaluation process that assessed the company's AI-driven insurance platform and regulatory capabilities.
"This partnership builds on our momentum with Tier-1 global automakers across Europe," said Rohan Malhotra, Founder and CEO of Roadzen. "As leading carmakers digitize insurance country by country, they are looking for partners that can combine regulated insurance capabilities with modern AI-led platforms."
The partnership expands Roadzen's European presence as the company pursues partnerships with automotive brands to modernize insurance distribution through artificial intelligence technology.
Roadzen operates as an AI-focused company serving insurers, automakers, and fleets with technology for risk prediction, claims automation, and embedded insurance experiences. The company is headquartered in Burlingame, California, and employs more than 300 people across offices in the U.S., U.K., and India.
