Vita Coco board member John Leahy to retire in 2026

The Vita Coco Company (NASDAQ: COCO) announced that board member John Leahy will retire from the board of directors and will not seek reelection at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for June 3, 2026.
Leahy has served on the board since 2019 and currently sits on both the audit committee and compensation committee. He will continue in these roles until his term concludes at the annual meeting.
The company stated that Leahy's decision was made for personal reasons and did not stem from any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Following his retirement, the board will be reduced from ten members to nine.
