Younet AI announced a strategic technology partnership with Perpetuals.com Ltd (NASDAQ: PDC) to license and co-develop its Forgentiq.ai sovereign large language model and agentic technology platform, according to a press release statement.
The collaboration integrates Younet's on-premise LLM capabilities with Forgentiq.ai agentic infrastructure for Perpetuals.com's regulated digital asset market operations. The technology deployment features air-gapped systems with VPN-only access, designed to keep sensitive trading data and customer information within operator-controlled infrastructure.
Younet AI also announced development of Forgteam, a sandboxed orchestration engine for Forgentiq.ai agents. The system provides isolated execution environments, deterministic task sequencing, and transparent token consumption tracking per agent and task.
"Institutional capital is flowing into blockchain infrastructure at unprecedented scale," said Alex Kapralov, CEO of Younet AI. "The market is ready for regulated, institutional-grade infrastructure."
Perpetuals.com operates an AI-powered trading platform called Kronos X and holds a European Multilateral Trading Facility license with MiFID II, MiCA, DORA, and EMIR compliance. The company develops trading products and prediction markets across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Toronto-based Younet AI specializes in enterprise-grade private LLM solutions and hosts custom AI agents with retrieval-augmented generation capabilities. The partnership targets financial market operators seeking data sovereignty and compliance requirements for institutional-grade AI deployment.
