TOMI Environmental reports 67% quarterly revenue growth

TOMI Environmental Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: TOMZ) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $1.7 million for the first quarter of 2026, representing a 67% sequential increase from the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Frederick, Maryland-based disinfection and decontamination company said its total integrated projects pipeline increased to $5.3 million, encompassing 14 customers with half approved and secured through purchase orders or contracts. First quarter sales combined with current open orders reached approximately $3.36 million.
BIT Solution sales totaled approximately $427,000 by the end of the first quarter, while iHP Corporate Service sales reached approximately $729,000 in orders delivered or scheduled for delivery throughout the year. The company secured a $440,000 annual purchase order for decontamination services with a medical technology company, providing quarterly professional decontamination services using SteraMist iHP technology.
Sales of standalone applicators utilizing the company's cold plasma arc technology surpassed total sales for the entire previous year, representing a 139% increase. The company reported growth across various segments including mobile equipment sales, custom integration deliverables, repairs, and support services compared to the first quarter of 2025 and the previous quarter.
The preliminary financial results are unaudited and subject to adjustments and completion of the quarterly closing process. TOMI expects to file its complete first quarter 2026 financial results and Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission in due course.
TOMI Environmental Solutions manufactures and sells disinfection solutions through its Binary Ionization Technology platform, serving commercial structures including hospitals, cruise ships, office buildings, and various other facilities.
