NextTrip partners with QSTAK for tokenized rewards program

NextTrip, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRP) announced a partnership with Copperhead AI, LLC, operator of digital securities exchange QSTAK, to develop a tokenized rewards infrastructure for its travel platform.

The collaboration will enable NextTrip to create a loyalty program where viewers of its JOURNY.tv platform and users of its NXT2.0 booking system can earn tokens redeemable for future travel bookings. The company reports having a 250-million-viewer platform.

Under the partnership, tokens will be distributed through multiple channels including content viewing, completed bookings, partner placements, and checkout processes. Hotel and destination partners will be able to fund co-branded rewards within the system.

QSTAK's platform allows publicly traded companies to raise capital against existing assets without issuing new shares. The system provides what the companies describe as a non-dilutive financing model that enables asset value realization while maintaining corporate control.

NextTrip operates travel brands including Five Star Alliance luxury hotel booking, NXT2.0 booking engine, and TA Pipeline group travel platform. The company combines media properties like JOURNY.tv and TravelMagazine.com with booking technology.

The partnership aims to transform NextTrip's content viewers into a monetized loyalty network and provide access to digitally native consumers through QSTAK's exchange platform. The companies expect to launch the tokenized rewards system in the second quarter.

QSTAK operates as a compliant digital securities exchange using blockchain technology for regulated investment access.
