ASML repurchases 87,956 shares worth €99.9 million in buyback program

ASML Holding N.V. (NASDAQ: ASML) repurchased 87,956 shares for approximately €99.9 million over four trading sessions from March 30 to April 2, according to a company statement.
The Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer bought back 22,078 shares on March 30 at a weighted average price of €1,132.46, totaling €25.0 million. On March 31, the company repurchased 22,534 shares at €1,109.32 per share for €25.0 million.
ASML continued its buybacks on April 1 with 21,343 shares at €1,166.96 each, amounting to €24.9 million. The company purchased 22,001 shares on April 2 at €1,140.56 per share for €25.1 million. No transactions occurred on April 3.
The share repurchases are part of ASML's current buyback program announced on January 28, 2026. The company disclosed the transactions to comply with Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
ASML is based in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and manufactures photolithography machines used in semiconductor production. The company's shares trade on NASDAQ under the ticker ASML.
