Board member resigns from Trade Desk after seven years of service

The Trade Desk Inc. (NASDAQ: TTD) announced that board member Lise J. Buyer will resign from the company's board of directors, effective April 3, 2026.

Buyer informed the company of her resignation decision on March 31, 2026. The company stated that her resignation was not the result of a disagreement with the company on any matter relating to operations, policies or practices.

Buyer has served as a board member since March 2019. The board acknowledged her years of service to the company as a director, according to the company's statement.
