Anterix subsidiary sells 900 MHz spectrum licenses to NorthWestern Energy

Anterix Inc. (NASDAQ: ATEX) announced that its subsidiary PDV Spectrum Holding Company sold 900 MHz broadband licenses to NorthWestern Energy covering portions of Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
The spectrum license sale agreement involves licenses in a 6 MHz broadband configuration for nine counties and a 10 MHz broadband configuration for the remaining counties. The transaction followed Federal Communications Commission issuance of broadband licenses transferable from Anterix to NorthWestern Energy.
PDV Spectrum Holding Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anterix. The company announced the transaction on April 6, 2026.
