CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) and HCLTech announced the expansion of their strategic partnership with the launch of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services. The joint offering provides continuous identification, prioritization, and remediation of security exposures across endpoints, cloud, identity, applications, and data.
The service combines CrowdStrike's Falcon platform with HCLTech's VERITY framework and AI Force platform. The partnership aims to help enterprises maintain continuous visibility of security exposures and address risks in a structured manner.
CrowdStrike's Falcon Exposure Management uses AI-driven threat detection to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on adversary activity and attack paths. HCLTech applies these insights through its service delivery framework to accelerate remediation and reduce attack surface risks.
"Falcon Exposure Management gives organizations the real-time visibility and AI-driven insights they need to reduce and prioritize risk at scale," said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike. "HCLTech's services expertise makes them the right partner to deliver this capability to customers globally."
Amit Jain, EVP and Global Head of Cybersecurity at HCLTech, stated that enterprises require continuous visibility and rapid execution to maintain resilience. The integration combines AI Force and Agentic AI solutions with the Falcon platform to enable an intelligence-led security model.
The announcement builds on an existing global strategic partnership between the two companies. HCLTech reported consolidated revenues of $14.5 billion for the 12 months ending December 2025 and employs more than 226,300 people across 60 countries.
