Burford Capital receives Second Circuit court decision on Argentina claims

Burford Capital Limited (NYSE: BUR) announced that the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has released its decision regarding Burford's Petersen and Eton Park claims against the Republic of Argentina and YPF.

The company stated that the court decision is available through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records system and will be posted on Burford's investor website. Burford said it will issue a further announcement after completing a full analysis of the ruling.

Burford Capital is a global finance and asset management firm focused on law, including litigation finance and risk management services. The company trades on both the New York Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.
