Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL) has signed a lease for 116,000 square feet of office space at 1320 Adams Street in Nashville's Neuhoff District, according to a company statement.
The new lease brings Oracle's total office capacity in Nashville to approximately 2,000 seats across three locations. The additional space will support the company's workforce expansion in the Tennessee capital.
"New candidates as well as our existing Oracle employees are increasingly energized by what we are building here in Nashville," said Scott Twaddle, senior vice president of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
The Nashville office houses teams working in sales and marketing, cloud engineering, software development, and product management roles. The company stated it is actively recruiting for various positions in these areas.
The new Neuhoff location will provide views of Oracle's headquarters construction site along the Cumberland River's East Bank. Oracle operates educational partnerships with local institutions including Belmont University through its Oracle Academy program, which provides teaching and learning resources to students.
Oracle offers cloud applications and infrastructure services. The company's Nashville expansion represents part of its broader growth strategy in the region.
