YY Group reports $8.03 total assets per share for fiscal 2025
YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced estimated total assets of $8.03 per share and net assets of $3.18 per share for fiscal year 2025, based on unaudited financial data.
The Singapore-based workforce solutions company reported total assets of approximately $34.3 million and net assets of approximately $13.6 million as of March 23, 2026. The per-share calculations reflect 4,278,935 shares of common stock outstanding following a share consolidation.
The estimates are preliminary and have not been reviewed or audited by the company's independent registered public accounting firm. The figures remain subject to normal closing adjustments and review procedures.

During fiscal 2025, YY Group expanded its operations across Thailand, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Australia while securing multi-year contracts with financial and hospitality clients. The company integrates AI and robotics into its on-demand staffing and integrated facilities management services.
YY Group operates primarily in Asia and provides workforce solutions and facility management services to hospitality, logistics, retail, and healthcare industries. The company maintains operations in Singapore and Malaysia while expanding across Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East.
