Kazia Therapeutics files to offer up to $200 million of stock

Kazia Therapeutics (NASDAQ: KZIA) filed a prospectus to offer and sell up to $200 million of ADRs representing common stock from time to time in one or more offerings.

The company stated it will provide supplements to the prospectus containing specific information about each offering, including amounts, prices and terms of the securities when required. The supplements may also add, update or change information contained in the base prospectus for each specific offering.

The prospectus provides a general description of the securities that may be offered under the registration.
